No, we're not pregnant. But we did get a new family member about two weeks ago. Meet Maggie, our new AKC yellow labrador retriever. She's very cuddly and playful, so we got the best of both worlds. She also retrieve already... which of course Tim is thrilled about. She's only about 12 weeks old so we're having a fun time getting her house trained.
We've also been making some other changes at home. Recently, we put in carpet so the house will be better insulated. It's very soft and matched the decor fairly well.
Amongst other things, Levi has been quite sick lately, Earlier this week he got a bad cold. So he's been coughing and has thick green snot. Not the prettiest thing by far.
Then yesterday I got a call from his daycare and was informed he had a temperature. He came home and went straight to sleep, when he woke this morning the temp was around 104.1. It's been slowly going down and we're trying our best. I hate to see him sick but I love the cuddly Levi, which is something that never happens.
Anyway, this afternoon Levi took a liking to our new carpet as well. Poor thing just laid down and fell asleep. Hope he starts feeling better soon.
