Bzz*ing Again

BZZ AGENT REPORTING!
(Sorry I forgot that I need to always remind you that I am a Bzz Agent, that I received goods/services for free or discounted rates, my opinions are strictly my own and I am not compensated for any feedback)

I had forgotten to mention!
We used Comfort's for Baby brand bibs for our little girl's first birthday!
Check out that awesome zebra print!

Comfort's for Baby Brand makes both the regular bib (above pictured) as well as the catch-all bibs with the pocket at the bottom. We would have used the catch-all bib but I loved the zebra print too much. Plus she's going to get messy anyway,

Bzzzzzzzzz

What's that sound?
Bzzzzzzz.....

Can you guess?
bzzzz

Ever heard of BzzAgent?
bzz bzz bzz

A few months ago I signed up to be a Bzz Agent.
A few friends of mine from church have done it and they really liked their experiences.
To give you a little run down:
You take surveys so Bzzagent knows more about you.
Using the results, they send you an invite for a Bzz Campaign.
Bzz Kits are sent in the mail and are usually coupons for free or discounted products
You use the products and talk about them with friends by face-to-face, phone, email, social networking
You report back to Bzz agent on the products and your experiences.

HOW COOL IS THAT?

My first campaign was the Comfort's for Baby Bzz Campaign and I received coupons for free shampoo, lotion, bibs, and toddler training pants. Plus coupons for discounted products to give to friends
I was really surprised by how well I liked their products.(p.s. Comfort's for Baby is also known as KROGER BRAND baby)

Our favorite products?????
Definitely the baby shampoo and the toddler training pants.
I use the baby shampoo on both of my kids because it smells so good. Yes, we have head-to-toe wash but this shampoo is SO NICE. Lathers nicely and smells of lavender and chamomile.
The training pants were awesome with Levi. He loved the designs, referring to them as just underwear, and they worked great. Using another store's name brand training pants Levi had always leaked out the edges of his pants causing more dirty laundry than necessary.
The Comfort's for Baby toddler training pants work better and fit better for the same price as other store/generic brands. We love them!

Lila's 1 year Satistics

On October 22, 2013 Lila's 12 month statistics are as follows:

WEIGHT: 18 lbs 3oz (35%)
HEIGHT: 28.5 In (25%)
Head Size 17.75 in (50-75%)

Updates on Lila:
She is a screamer. Whether its out of joy, anger, or pain, it's LOUD.
Lila is also a picky eater. Jarred/mashed peas were her favorite baby food but won't eat regular peas now that she's self eating.
Lila laughs and smiles a lot. She especially finds her brother to be quite entertaining.
Lila is a MOMMA'S GIRL. Tim swears she hates him.
Sometimes Lila and Levi fight over toys. They only want what the other has.
Lila has also improved by leaps and bounds when it comes to her mobile abilities. At 9 months she wasn't crawling, just rolling so the doctor was impressed when I told him Lila army crawls, sits, and pulls to knees and to standing very often. Not quite walking assisted but we're sure she'll get there very soon. We're won't be surprised if she skips regular hand/knee crawling altogether and goes stright to walking.

Lila's First Birthday! PICTURES!

October 19th, 2012 6:33 pm This little ball of joy entered our life. And today our sweet Our sweet Lila Brooke turned 1 year old!

My parents were able to come up last night and my mom helped me out with making the cakes.
We woke this morning, had Rise 'n Roll doughnuts (better than schulers!) and we finished with last minute wrapping etc.
Tim's dad was the only other family that came. So when he arrived we did a mini skype session with "Kunkle Josh" (as Levi likes to say) but he was out eating breakfast at a restaurant with friends so it didn't last long.  We did Skype with Uncle Ryan, Aunt Missy, and cousins Ethan and Scott for Lila's Presents and Cake smashing/eating/playing.

Lila got a walker, mini tricycle, and a stuffed light up unicorn from Grandpa Franjesevic.
A  stuffed dog from Grandpa and Grandma Ruchty.
The from Mommy and Daddy she got a stuffed horse with a pink saddle, bead necklaces, stacking bowls, a talking and signing play purse, and a big pink bouncy ball.
So far, her favorite toy is the most inexpensive thing I bought her. The colored bead necklaces. They're colorful and they make sound and fun to swing around. Why wouldn't that be her favorite?

ENJOY what I was able to capture on film.

I made Lila a giraffe-themed cake.
The main cake (for guests) was devil's food with vanilla buttercream icing. I made a giraffe out of marshmallow fondant. Then I made blocks from rice krispie treats and covered them in pink fondant and spelled out her name.
Lila's "smash cake" was in the shape of the number 1, but decorated as a giraffe. Her cake was vanilla with vanilla buttercream icing.

Naked Baby, Zebra print bib, and cake!

AND just in case you didn't get the full experience from the pictures, we have the first 3 minutes of her cake-eating on video as well. She wasn't too messy, eventually she just enjoyed squishing it between her fingers.

Lila's 12 month check isn't until Tuesday morning, so I will update stats then. Other than that she's a happy little girl, crawling all over. She pulls her self up but no even remotely close attempts at walking (even while holding on to something) And she loves to scream! Happy and mad screams usually escape her little toothless mouth, but we love her all the same. We do know for sure she is a MOMMA"S GIRL

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LILA WE LOVE YOU!
